Do you source exclusively from India?
Yes, Delta Engineering Global is specifically focused on leveraging the cost-efficiency, precision, and manufacturing expertise available across our established network in India for global export.
Can you source components based on our existing designs and specifications?
Absolutely. We work entirely based on client-provided drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications (including material grades and tolerance requirements) to ensure exact replication from our Indian partners.
B. Quality Assurance & Technical
What quality standards do your sourced components meet?
All components are required to meet relevant international standards such as ISO, ASTM, DIN, and ANSI, as well as any specific industry certifications your project requires (e.g., API for Oil & Gas).
What is your quality control process for exports from India?
Our quality process is multi-layered. It includes in-process inspection by the manufacturer, final dimensional and NDT checks by our independent QA team in India, and the provision of full documentation, including Material Test Certificates (MTCs).
Which manufacturing processes do you specialize in?
Our core expertise is in sourcing Precision CNC Machined Components, various types of Forged Parts (hot/cold), and different methods of Foundry Castings (sand, investment, and die casting).

Do you handle the entire shipping process from India to our final destination?

How do you manage customs, duties, and import documentation?
We provide full Customs Management services. Our team handles all Indian export procedures and all necessary destination-country import documentation, ensuring tariff compliance and minimizing delays at the border.
What are the typical lead times for my orders?
Lead times are highly dependent on the manufacturing process (e.g., casting takes longer than machining) and volume. We provide a guaranteed lead time with every quotation and actively monitor production to ensure on-time delivery.

How do you achieve procurement cost reduction?
